1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Brookwell Water website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Brookwell Water provides water treatment consultation, water testing, and installation of water filtration and softening systems for residential properties in Ontario. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Free Water Testing
Our free water test is a no-obligation on-site assessment. We test for common water quality indicators including hardness, chlorine, iron, and TDS. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a certified laboratory analysis.
4. Pricing & Quotes
All pricing is provided as a flat-rate quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We do not employ commissioned salespeople and do not offer "today only" discounts. Pricing includes system, professional installation, parts, and warranty unless otherwise stated.
5. Warranty
Our systems come with a 10-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Installation
Installation is performed by our own trained technicians. We do not subcontract. Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions. We strive to complete all installations within one day.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel a scheduled appointment or installation at any time prior to the commencement of work. Cancellations after work has begun may be subject to a fee for materials and labor already incurred.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Brookwell Water is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.
