Clean, Healthy Water for Every Family & Every Home

We believe every family deserves clean, healthy water — without the overpriced systems, hidden fees, and draining contracts the big guys push. So we built a better way: the highest quality systems at a great price, with even better service.

Our Origin Story

We Were Tired of Watching Homeowners Get Taken Advantage Of

Time and again, we watched homeowners across the GTA get locked into overpriced water systems, hidden fees, and draining rental contracts they couldn't get out of. The big companies would knock on your door, pressure you into a decision on the spot, and leave you with a monthly bill that never ended.

We knew there was a better way. Brookwell Water was founded on a simple belief: that every family and every home should have access to clean, healthy water — at a fair, transparent price, from people who actually care about the quality of what comes out of your tap.

So we set out to do things differently. We sourced the highest quality NSF-certified systems, priced them honestly with flat-rate quotes, and backed them with service and customer support that the big guys simply can't match. No hidden fees. No draining contracts. No rentals. Just clean water, done right.

That's our promise to every family we serve.

Supporting SickKids Foundation

Together with GTA homeowners, we build a healthier future for children.

Giving Back to Our Community

Clean water and healthy families go hand in hand. For every water softener, reverse osmosis system, or whole-home water treatment system we install in your home, Brookwell Water donates $20 directly to SickKids Foundation.

Every installation means a small but real contribution to life-saving medical care, groundbreaking paediatric research, and essential support for children and families at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. It’s our way of giving something back to the community that’s given us so much.

Our Core Values

What Guides Everything We Do

Three principles that shape how we treat every family and every home we visit.

Honest, Transparent Pricing

Flat-rate quotes with every cost disclosed upfront. No hidden fees, no "today only" discounts, no draining rental contracts. You see the full price before we lift a wrench.

Highest Quality Systems

We install only NSF-certified, premium water treatment systems — the same quality the big guys charge double for, at a price that actually makes sense for your family.

Service That Actually Cares

From the free on-site water test to lifetime support after installation, we treat your home like it's ours. Every family deserves clean water and someone who stands behind it.
